Museum District, Dublin, Ireland

The Museum District (Irish: "Ceantar Iarsmalann / Ceantar Músaem") is an emerging area within the large Smithfield area in Dublin, Ireland. The exact composition of the area is open to dispute but it is anchored on the National Museum of Ireland at Collins Barracks and includes the residential developments of Clifden Court, Clipper Court, Collins Square and smaller residences around Benburb street as far as Queen Street as well as the Croppy Acre park. According to some sources it could also include Blackhall place north as far as Blackhall street. The area fronts onto the river Liffey between Frank Sherwin Bridge and Queen Street Bridge.

The Luas light rail system red line runs through the area with a Museum (Irish:"Ard-Mhúsaem") stop at the entrance to Collins Barracks. The adjoining stops are Heuston to the west and Smithfield to the east.
