Marc Mukendi Tshilumba (born 25 June 1987) is an Irish-Congolese^[1] professional footballer who plays for Coleraine, as a central defender.

Early and personal life

Mukendi was born in Derry, Northern Ireland, and is the son of José Mukendi.^[1]

Career

Mukendi began his early career with Derry City, and spent two loan spells with Finn Harps.^[1] On 4 July 2009, it was announced that Mukendi was close to signing for Coleraine,^[2] and he signed a two-year contract three days later.^[3] In January 2011, Mukendi was transfer-listed by Coleraine.^[4]

Mukendi has also represented the Republic of Ireland at under-19 level.^[1][5]
