Jamal Edwin Duff (born March 11, 1972) is an American actor and former American football player in the National Football League. He played college football at San Diego State University, then played in the National Football League for the New York Giants and Washington Redskins.

He has appeared in " S.W.A.T.", "Rundown", "The Eliminator", "" (as Ben Stiller's fitness "consigliere"), and has done several other television and film roles, including starring as Monroe in the Dwayne Johnson film "The Game Plan".

College Years

Duff attended San Diego State University and was Graphic Design Major and a letterman in football. In football, as a senior, he finished the season with 35 tackles and 7.5 sacks and was a second team All-Western Athletic Conference selection. As a junior, he was named as the Aztecs Outstanding Defensive Player of the Year.
