"Loaded" (known as "Blood Factory" ^{[http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/psx/data/572481.html]} in Japan) is a top-down shooting video game that was developed by Gremlin Interactive. Released in 1996 on both the Sony PlayStation and Sega Saturn, the game received mixed reviews, and is notorious for its violence and gore. Loaded also spawned a sequel, "Re-Loaded", which was released on the Sony PlayStation and PC at the end of 1996.

Loaded's gameplay is similar to that of Gauntlet, which requires the player to move room to room killing everything in sight and collecting keycards capable of unlocking doors. At the end of each level, the game tallies the player's greed factor, accuracy and body count on a 0%-100% scale in order to give the player's career prospects (ranging from as low as "social worker" to as high as "genocidal maniac", etc.) and final score.

The game features 15 levels and six playable characters: Mamma, Fwank, Bounca, Vox, Butch and Cap'n Hands.

The plot of the game is that these characters, all of them mercenaries, have been framed by a malevolent space pirate named FUB. The game begins in a prison in which one or two of the game's six characters must escape it, and engage on a bloody odyssey to exact revenge on FUB.

Re-Loaded: The Sequel

* In the game's sequel, Re-Loaded, FUB is reincarnated and renamed "CHEB", which stands for "Charming Handsome Erudite Bastard".
* Butch, Mamma, Cap'n Hands and Bounca also make a return in Re-Loaded.
* Vox, however, is replaced in Re-Loaded by two new female characters, the nun Sister Magpie and the cannibalistic Consumer.
* Via cheat code, Sister Magpie can unlock hidden character Fwank for use in Re-Loaded.
* All of Re-Loaded's returning characters have new weapons and/or variations of their costumes.
