Guy Leech is a former Australian Ironman champion. Guy has now retired from formal competition but in his prime, he was the seven-time winner of the "Uncle Tobys" Iron Man Series and two-time Coolangatta Gold Champion. Guy was once dubbed Australia's Fittest Athlete by the Australian Institute of Sport (1993).

Now in his forties, Leech runs kayak and fitness sessions through his company, "OzPaddle", who are one of Australia's most well-known paddling outfittersFact|date=June 2007. In 2006, Guy appeared on the "Seven Network's" "Celebrity Survivor", vying for a cash prize of $AU100,000 to be donated to his nominated charity. Guy was voted out sixth (i.e. seventh place in the game) and his charity, " [http://www.rideaid.net/home.html Ride Aid Inc] ", received a donation of $AU5000 on Guy's behalf from his participation in the "Survivor" competition. However, he returned to the game along with Justin Melvey due to a twist to the show. Melvey took Guy to the finals over Imogen Bailey, and in the end Guy beat Justin at the final Tribal Council by a vote of 3-2, taking home an extra $AU95000 for his charity.

He once dated whale conservationist Mimi Macpherson.
