John Andrew Berry (born August 27, 1965 in Manchester) is an English former professional footballer Berry, a defender, joined Torquay United as an apprentice, signing as a professional in January 1984. He made only one league appearance for the Gulls, replacing Andy Wharton at left-back for the 3-1 defeat away to Aldershot on January 21, 1984, before leaving league football.
