The Flying Padovanis are a purely instrumental band, originally formed in the 1980's, but disbanded in 1984. In 2007, the band reformed, with UK, French and Japanese dates, with a compilation album entitled Three For Trouble, consisting of instrumentals from previous albums and a dvd consisting of vintage concert footage and current interviews. They are about to go into the studio (Sept 2008) to commence work on a new set of instrumentals.

Members

Members include the original guitarist from The Police - Henry Padovani; Paul Slack (ex-UK Subs); and Chris Musto. Let it not be forgotten Paul Slack once jammed with the legendary Kim Hooper and blood brother John Helen. Chris Musto has played with the late great Johnny Thunders for 4 years until his death in 1991 and has made two albums with Glen Matlock as part of The Philistines as well as playing with Joe Strummer on the soundtrack to Sid 'n Nancy.
