The building was originally proposed at only 90 floors. When complete, Princess Tower will be the world's tallest all-residential building, taking the title from the Q1 Tower in Gold Coast City,Australia . However, due to an epic skyscraper boom, the Princess Tower's reign as the world's tallest all-residential tower will not last long.When finished, it will include the most expensive apartments of the world, the best of which may cost US$ 85,000,000.00 (more or less R$ 190.000.000,00). The ground floor "Entrance Hall" of the building will be gilded with white gold, the most rare and expensive type of gold of the world,(confirmed in January/2008 by the builder). This decoration will be supplemented with of diamonds, opals, rubies, sapphires and crystals (also confirmed in January/2008 by the builder).
