Eric G. Strauss is the director of the Environmental Studies Program at Boston College. He holds a PhD from Tufts University.

Professor Strauss is best known for his work with coyotes and his interests in Lyme Disease. Strauss resides in Barnstable, MA where one of his research labs is located. His other lab is located at Higgins Hall on the campus of Boston College.
