Fay Zwicky (born 1933) is a contemporary
Australian poet andacademic .Fay Zwicky was born and grew up in
Melbourne where she began writing as a student atMelbourne University . After which she has concentrated on writing, achieving international recognition. The exploration of herJewish heritage is a recurrent motif in her work. Though she does not confine herself thematically, encompassing more recently, for example, the work of Japanese printmakerHokusai .Awards and Nominations
