Its administrative seat and largest town isIława , which lies convert|65|km|mi|0 west of the regional capitalOlsztyn . The county contains four other towns:Lubawa , convert|34|km|mi|0|abbr=on south of Iława,Susz , convert|21|km|mi|0|abbr=on north-west of Iława,Kisielice , convert|21|km|mi|0|abbr=on west of Iława, andZalewo , convert|28|km|mi|0|abbr=on north of Iława.The county covers an area of convert|1385|km2|sqmi|1. As of 2006 its total population is 89,960, out of which the population of Iława is 32,326, that of Lubawa is 9,328, that of Susz is 5,610, that of Kisielice is 2,208, that of Zalewo is 2,152, and the rural population is 38,336.
