*Glantane East Wedge Tomb: Known locally as "The Flags", the wedge tomb stands 90cm in height, with a capstone 2.4m square resting on two sidestones and a backstone. Some of the double-walling is still in place and a small stone 40cm high stands between the two sidestones.
*Glantane East Stone Circle: The stone circle is in the next field to the wedge tomb. It is nearly 5m in diameter, with five stones still standing and six fallen, some into the surrounding ditch which is at least partly stone-faced. In the middle of the circle is a large hole, where it is assumed a boulder or boulder-burial stood. The stones vary in height from 0.5m to 1.0m and are surrounded by a 2.5m wide fosse and low bank. Two tall pillar-like stones lie along the outer face of the fosse and 8m to the south-east of the circle. The
Office of Public Works say that these stones were erected in 1994 opposite each other at the edge of the fosse. One of them has since fallen again.
