Jerome Socolovsky is the religion reporter for Voice of America.
From 2002 to 2010, he was a freelance correspondent[1] stationed in Spain, mainly reporting for NPR, but also for Jewish Telegraphic Agency, and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
A native of Philadelphia, Socolovsky graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1986. He has master's degrees from Harvard University and Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He speaks Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Hebrew, German and French.
