Davis gained national fame when he appeared on the television show "Flip This House", which he allegedly created [ [http://imdb.com/title/tt0476041/ Flip this House credits at IMDB] ] and brought to A&E. The program focuses on the process of buying, remodeling, and selling houses for profit.
Davis and his company are currently suing A&E due to a contract dispute arising out of the latter's refusal to compensate Davis for the program. As a result, Trademark Properties was not involved with the second season of the show. A fan-created website, [http://www.flipthislawsuit.com Flip This Lawsuit] , follows the progress of the lawsuit.
Davis and his crew signed a deal with TLC network for a new show titled "The Real Deal". The series premiered on
April 21 ,2007 (directly opposite A&E's third-season premiere of "Flip This House - New Haven"). The first episode of "The Real Deal" was "A Home Run for Trademark", a special centering around the relocation of the Shoeless Joe house, while at the same time helping to renovate the life of a currentMajor League Baseball player Josh Hamilton. In June 2007, "The Real Deal" was renamed "The Real Estate Pros ".One of Davis' flipped houses was to benefit his niece, who is an
Alpha Delta Pi sorority member, and her sorority sisters, who had their off-campus residences flipped in the nearby Clemson area away from the university campus. Education
Davis graduated from James Island High School in 1981. He then attended
