History
- First broadcast as DYRP in 1980.
- It changed to Radyo Tagring after few years when DYFM Bombo Radyo make it to number one spot in the radio survey in Iloilo. Along the success of DYRP-AM, DYXI-FM 93.5 was born. DYXI-FM design for the upscale radio listeners with jazz and disco music format as The Jazz Authority.
- In 1990, DYRP when off air due to financial problems.
- In 2007, it revived its broadcast before 2007 elections and move to Guimbal, Iloilo.
- In 2007, its sister station , DYRO 945 kHz (Roxas City), had also went off the air due to their transmitter damaged by a typhoon.
- In 2008, DYRO merged its operations with DYRP.
