The Black Unicorn (1987) by Terry Brooks is the second novel of the Magic Kingdom of Landover series. The plot has Ben Holiday being disguised, supposedly by a magic used by the evil wizard Meeks. He must figure out how to restore himself to the throne, meanwhile saving Willow in her dangerous quest to find the Black Unicorn.
