The Black Unicorn Split is a split CD from He Is Legend and the alternative rock band Classic Case. It was released June 6, 2006 on Future Tense Records to promote the Black Unicorn Tour consisting of the bands such as The Fall of Troy and Showbread in addition to Classic Case and He Is Legend.

Tracks 1, 3, and 5 are performed by He Is Legend, while tracks 2 and 4 are by Classic Case.

"China White" is a cover of the He Is Legend song performed by Classic Case.

"Modus Operandi" is a cover of the Classic Case song performed by He Is Legend.

"Fell On Black Days" is a cover of the Soundgarden song performed by Classic Case.
