Takahiko Kozuka (born February 27 1989 in Nagoya, Japan) is a Japanese figure skater. He is the 2006 World Junior Champion, the silver medalist at the 2007-2008 Japanese Figure Skating Championships, and the bronze medalist at the 2006 NHK Trophy.

In 2008, he skated in the senior World Championships for the first time, and placed eighth, helping to earn three spots for Japan despite the absence of Nobunari Oda.

Kozuka began skating at age five. His father was a singles skater and competed at the 1968 Olympics while his mother was an ice-dancer. He is coached by his father, Tsuguhiko Kozuka, and by Nobuo Sato. His choreographer is Yuka Sato, a former Japanese and World Champion. Kozuka represents Chukyo SHSC.
