The Washington version of the Urban Search and Rescue operation based in Miami, Florida. Washington DC's USAR appeared at the Pentagon crash, outside of Washington DC in the 9/11 Terrorist attacks and helped many people escape from the rubble in The Pentagon, before and after it had collapsed.
