- Nadiril
Nadiril is a main character in
Ian Irvine 's "The View from the Mirror " quartet.Characteristics
Nadiril is a very old man. He is extremely thin, with clawed, cold hands. However he is far from defeated. He is tall, though his haunched back diminishes some of his height. Liver spots, cover his hands, and his grey eyes are all seeing and all knowing. A few strands of thin grey hair still cling to his head. He wears long grey robes and he has a deep voice, strong despite his appearance.
As the Librarian of the Great Library, Nadiril is extremely revered. Many people believe that he is the greatest librarian to have ever held the post. Nadiril has the knowledge of the world at his fingertips. He is also a member of the
Council of Santhenar and amancer of certain skill. Nadiril is a kind man, who it seems is almost impossible to knowingly lie to.
