state highway in the southwest part of theU.S. state ofVirginia . It runs from U.S. Route 23/U.S. Route 58/U.S. Route 421 in Gate City north to the south city limit of Norton, where 12th Street and 11th Street continue to U.S. Route 23/U.S. Route 58 Alternate and U.S. Route 23 Business. The part south of Fort Blackmore is a minor route paralleled by State Route 72. North of Fort Blackmore, SR 619 serves its own corridor.SR 619 is signed within Norton to the junction with U.S. Route 23/U.S. Route 58 Alternate. North of that junction, 11th Street is signed as U.S. Route 58 Alternate Business and a connection between US 23 and U.S. Route 23 Business.
