Assad John Haloute

Assad John Haloute is the founder of the Chefette fast food chain in Barbados. He is of Syrian origin. Chefette Restaurants was founded 35 years ago and has grown into fourteen outlets islandwide. Mr Haloute has branched out into an italian pizza restaurant Il Forno and an oriental themed restaurant, as yet unnamed; tentatively set to open on the ground floor of the South Beach Hotel in the Accra beach area in the south of the island.
