WPBM-LP is a class-A low-power television station licensed to Scottsville, Kentucky. WPBM is an affilitate of FamilyNet. As a Christian television station, WPBM produces more than 12 hours per week of local programming, including music, interviews, preaching, teaching and family living shows. WPBM broadcasts on channel 31 from a studio and transmitter site near Barren River Lake in south central Kentucky. With 36,000 watts of power and a convert|500|ft|m|-1|sing=on tower, the signal covers about a convert|40|mi|km|-1|sing=on radius from the tower site. WPBM is carried by 15 cable television systems, taking the signal far beyond the convert|40|mi|km|-1|sing=on broadcast radius. Some of the communities where WPBM is available on cable include Glasgow, Scottsville, Morgantown, Brownsville, Hodgenville, Albany, Cave City, Park City, Munfordville, Franklin, Horse Cave, and Edmonton. In Tennessee, WPBM is carried on cable in Lafayette, Westmoreland and Red Boiling Springs.

WPBM went on the air in 1998 on channel 48, then moved to channel 31 in 2000, as part of the digital television conversion. As a low power station, WPBM does not presently broadcast a digital signal, but will make the conversion to digital by the FCC-mandated deadline in February, 2009.

WPBM-CA is owned by Scottsville business man and minister Marvey B. Wood and his wife, Frances. They own 100% of the station.
