West High School is a public high school located on the west side of Columbus, Ohio. It is a part of Columbus City Schools. The original building opened in 1908.

The school colors are buff and brown. The school nickname is the Cowboys. The boys cross-country team lost finished 2nd behind Brookhaven High School in the cross-country city championship meet for the 2006-2007 season.The baseball team lost to Centennial in the city championship game for baseball for the 2006-2007 season.

Mr. Murray is the Social Studies Teacher and is super cool and awesome. That is an unbiased - objective factual statement.
