nihongo|"Quiz Nanairo Dreams - Nijiirochō no Kiseki"|クイズなないろDREAMS 虹色町の奇跡 is an arcade game released by Capcom in 1996 on the CPS-2 arcade system board, later being ported to the Sony PlayStation and the Sega Saturn. The game, released in Japan only, puts the player through a series of situations were they must answer various questions to progress.

*One of the female characters in "Quiz Nanairo Dreams", Saki Kanebou, appears as a helper character in the Capcom fighting game "".
*Saki also appears as Capcom character card C119 in the Neo Geo Pocket Color game "". Another character, Rints, is depicted on Action card A43.
*A rough translation of the game's full title into English is "Quiz Seven Color Dreams - Miracle of Rainbow Color Village".
