Makuchyan graduated from
Yerevan State University and is a foreign affairs expert and historian by profession. He served in the army from 1996 to 1998 then went to work in the Ministry of Defense. February 19 th, his friend, Gurgen Markaryan was axed to death during his sleep by Ramil Safarov. Soon afterwards, he went after Hayk who was asleep in his own room.
