Phylip A. D. Hobson

Phylip (Phil) Hobson (born in 1962, Monmouthshire, Wales) is a Liberal Democrat politician. He is a County Councillor [http://www.monmouthshire.gov.uk/Monmouth/English/yourcouncil/Councillors_Meetings/Political_Groups/Liberal+Democrat+Party/PhylipHobson.htm] for the Chepstow, Larkfield Electoral Division, and also a Chepstow Town councillor for the same district, having held the office of Mayor in 2004-2005. Re-elected in 2008 to Monmouthshire County and Chepstow Town Councils. He is the Liberal Democrats Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for the Monmouthshire Counstituency at the next UK General Election.

A background in telecommunications and publishing , he currently works as Regional Constituency Manager for Michael German OBE AM [http://www.michaelgerman.org.uk/] Leader of the Liberal Democrats in the National Assembly for Wales.
