Approuaque River

Approuaque River

The Approuaque River is a major river in eastern French Guiana. It rises close to the mountain of Gros Montaigne, flowing generally norteast until it reaches a long inlet of the Atlantic Ocean close to the town of Régina. The headland of Pointe Béhague stands at the northern tip of this inlet.
