Rosemarie Keller Skaine (born
Grand Island, Nebraska ) is an American author and sociologist. She earned herSociology M.A. at theUniversity of Northern Iowa in 1977. She holds memberships inPi Kappa Delta , a Forensicshonor society ;Alpha Kappa Delta , a sociology society; andQuill and Scroll , one for journalism. In 1997, she won the Gustavus Myers Center Award for the Study of Human Rights in North America for her book, "Power and Gender: Issues in Sexual Dominance and Harassment".Skaine's publications include nine books, as well as coauthored journal articles in national and international venues.
