Lansing, Michigan , United States, in the Lansing School District. Known for their astounding Track and Field and Football teams, the Sexton Big Reds dominate the athletic field and are members of theCapital Area Activities Conference . In recent years sexton has declined in enrollment due to low test scores and violence in the school. Sexton has a predominantly African American population. The school has an extremely fierce inner-city rivalry with the Everett Vikings of Everett High School located on the south side of the city.
