Kaizu District, Gifu

Kaizu (海津郡; -gun) was a district located in Gifu, Japan.

As of 2003, the district has an estimated population of 40,473 and a density of 360.37 persons per km². The total area is 112.31 km².

The district dissolved on March 28, 2005, when all municipalities from the district merged, effectively turning the Kaizu District into the city of Kaizu.
