Toyooka, Shizuoka

Toyooka, Shizuoka

was a village located in Iwata District, Shizuoka, Japan. On April 1, 2005 Toyooka merged with several other municipalities to form the new city of Shizuoka.

As of 2003, the village had an estimated population of 11,238 and a density of 282.50 persons per km². The total area was 39.78 km².
