Briclone

Briclone is an IL-6 enriched cloning medium for use in the stages following fusion in hybridoma production. It can also be used for limited dilution cloning of hybridoma cells. BriClone is used as a 5% v/v supplement in complete hybridoma culture medium. The product is guaranteed to be mycoplasma free by the manufacturer and has a shelf life of 6 months at -20C)
