Adam Wiśniewski-Snerg (January 1, 1937 - August 30, 1995) was a Polish
science fiction author . He was born inPłock , Poland.Although unpopular during his life, after his suicide he became recognized as one of the most significant authors of Polish SF. His novel "Robot", which contains a fascinating theory about lesser and greater entities, was dubbed "the most valuable Polish SF publication of years 1945-1975".
He was the prototype of Sneer, the main character of "
