(2000)"www.pitchshifter.com" is an
album by the British industrial band Pitchshifter, released in 1998. It was their firstmajor label album, and was sonically a departure from previous albums with a more cleaner sounding production as well as lacking crunchy metal-laden riffs; the album also has more traditional song structures, and is a change of vocal styles to much more "clean" vocals as opposed to the grunts and growls heard on previous albums. It's also unique in the Pitchshifter discography as the song-writing process started with producing beats and then writing the other instrument parts to the beats, leading the album to have a much more breakbeat/big beat/techno sound that the industrial metal of their previous albums and the alternative metal of their later albums.Track listing
