The University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Economic Law is a scholary journal published by second and third year law students at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Beginning in 1978, the Journal published under the title, Journal of Comparative Business and Capital Market Law. In 2007, the Journal broadened its scope, becoming the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law. The Journal now publishes articles on public and private international, comparative, foreign, and transnational law.
The Journal of International Economic Law published four times per year and contained scholarly articles relating to the area of International Economic Law. In addition, a symposium was held once per year on a topic selected by the Journal's Symposium Editors.
