Anatomy and appearance
The slender smooth-hound has two relatively large
dorsal fin s, the second slightly larger than the first. Thecaudal fin is without a rippled dorsal margin and ventral lobe, but with a strong sub-terminal notch.Its coloration is a brown-grey above and paler below.
