Richard Neal Horton (born July 30, 1959 in Poughkeepsie, New York), is a former professional baseball player who pitched in the Major Leagues from 1984-1990. He currently provides color commentary for KSDK television broadcasts of the St. Louis Cardinals. He also provides analysis for FSN on their post-game shows.

In 1984, Horton won a career high 9 games as a rookie for the Cardinals, appearing in the 1985 World Series, 1987 World Series and 1988 World Series as a member.

Horton's first Major League hit was May 21, 1984 off Nolan Ryan.

Pitched in the 1988 World Series as a member of the Dodgers and got a championship ring.

Off-Field Duties
