Anjuman Taraqqi-i-Urdu

Anjuman Taraqqi-e-Urdu is an organisation founded by Maulvi Abdul Haq in 1903 in Aligarh for the promotion of Urdu language, Urdu literature and Muslim cultural heritage. The organisation publishes many journals and books, and supports research and creative work in Urdu linguistics and literature.
