John Zakour It was originally drawn by Andre Noel in 2001, Kyle Miller replaced Noel in 2003. Miller left in 2008 and was replaced by Scott Roberts in June 2008. All three artists delivered different styles to the comic.Working Daze centers around the working relationships of a group of mostly
geek s who work for MacroMicroWare, a giant impersonal software company. It is syndicated byUnited Media .Characters
*Jay, the everyman programmer. Years with the company have made him a bit cynical.
*Ed, the lazy veteran programmer. He expends far more energy avoiding work than working.
*Rita, the evil manager: she thinks "rock bottom line" - unless it would mean her suffering.
*Dana, the overworked office manager. Don't cross her - if you want to go home unharmed.
*Roy, the engineer/repair guy: an expert with computers and machines, but he doesn't have a clue how to deal with people.
*Sal, the annoying customer service weasel: he's not good with people or machines, so of course he's in customer service.
*Medusa, the gorgon, who also works for MacroMicroWare. She turns many of the employees that annoy her, to stone.Books
