Former routes← Route 109 Route 111 → Route 110 is a highway in New Brunswick, Canada; running from Trans-Canada Highway exit 153 in Florenceville, through the village of Centreville, to the Canada-U.S. border near Bridgewater, Maine, where it continues as an unnumbered connector road named Boundary Line Road to U.S. Route 1. Route 110 is 14.8 kilometres long.
Route 110 was known as Route 6 until 1965, and Route 555 between 1965 and 1976.
