GTUC's President is Dr. Osei Darkwa (odarkwa@gtuc.edu.gh), who was educated in Ghana and
Norway and earned his Ph.D. atWashington University ,St. Louis, Missouri ,United States . Dr. Darkwa taught for 11 years at theUniversity of Illinois at Chicago , before returning to Ghana to work on the development of strategies and plans for expanding education for ICTs, which figure prominently in Ghana's future in the global economy.Contacts
