The GER Class T18 was a class of
0-6-0 steamtank locomotive s designed by James Holden for theGreat Eastern Railway . They passed to theLondon and North Eastern Railway at thegrouping in 1923 and received the LNER classification J66.Overview
These small
locomotives had 16¾ x 22 in. cylinders, convert|4|ft|m|abbr=on. coupled wheels and a grate area of convert|12.4|sqft|m2|abbr=on.. They were rebuilt between 1898 and 1908. One was sold to the Mersey Electric Railway. [(RCTS 1983:73-77)]Notes
