The State Cup ( _he. גביע המדינה, "Gvia HaMedina") is the second most important tournament in Israeli football after Ligat ha'Al, the top division. There are no replays, and all matches are decided on the day. All league clubs participate in the tournament.

In 2003, Hapoel Ramat Gan became the first team outside the top division to win the State Cup, beating top flight Hapoel Be'er Sheva on penalties after a 1-1 draw.
