The Israeli Basketball State Cup 2007-08 was organized by the IBA. There were 24 teams that took part in the competition. The semifinals and finals were played at the Nokia Arena in Tel Aviv, Israel. Hapoel Jerusalem B.C. defeated Maccabi Tel Aviv B.C. 93-79. It was Hapoel Jerusalem's 4th Israeli State Cup:
