Perry Berezan (born December 5, 1964, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) is a former National Hockey League centre. He was drafted in the third round, 55th overall, by the Calgary Flames in the 1983 NHL Entry Draft.

After playing two seasons at the University of North Dakota, Berezan made his NHL debut with the Flames near the end of the 1984–85 season. He played with the Flames until March of the 1988–89 season, when he was traded (along with Shane Churla) to the Minnesota North Stars in exchange for Brian MacLellan and a draft pick.

Berezan joined the San Jose Sharks as a free agent before their inaugural season of 1991–92. He retired, as a Shark, following the 1992–93 season.

In his NHL career, Berezan appeared in 378 games. He scored 61 goals and added 75 assists. He also appeared in 31 Stanley Cup playoff games, scoring four goals and adding seven assists.

He was given credit for the series-clinching goal in the 1986 Campbell Conference Finals which was actually put into the net by Edmonton Oilers defenceman Steve Smith.
