Open File Manager is a Windows software that allows access to files that are exclusively locked. Open File Manager is owned and operated by StBernard Software. The software was sold to EVault on August, 2007 [http://www.stbernard.com/presscenter/news/release.asp?c=%97%C4%C0%92%8Ef%86] .
