Shmustar

Lebanese town located between Baalbeck and Zahleh at coord|33|58|0|N|36|1|0|E|type:city_scale:20000. Its population is over 12000, and is of Shi'a Muslim majority. It is part of the Bekaa province in eastern Lebanon. From 1955 until 1995, President Hussein el-Husseini was the mayor of Shmistar.
