The Great Deluge

The Great Deluge: Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast is a 2006 book by Professor Douglas Brinkley of Tulane University about the effect of Hurricane Katrina which devastated the Gulf Coast of Mississippi and Louisiana in 2005.

It covers the personal stories of heroism and tragedy from the points of view of the people who lived it.
