Brian Patrick Sikorski (born July 27, 1974 in Detroit, Michigan) is a baseball relief pitcher who plays for the Chiba Lotte Marines franchise in Japan.

Although Sikorski made his MLB debut in mlby|2000, he didn't play another game in the big leagues until mlby|2006. He played professional baseball in Japan for five years, until by|2005 for the Yomiuri Giants. He currently holds the Japanese record for most appearances.

The Cleveland Indians acquired Sikorski in a trade July 18, 2006, by sending right-handed pitcher Mike Adams to the San Diego Padres. On May 17, mlby|2007, Sikorski's contract was sold to the Tokyo Yakult Swallows. He signed to play for the Chiba Lotte Marines in by|2008.

Sikorski attended Western Michigan University and obtained a degree in criminology. Brian was drafted in the fourth round of the mlby|1995 amateur entry draft by the Houston Astros.
